Hands on Bodywork specifically tailored to your needs. Best for one or two specific concerns or overall relaxation. (additional time for intake & assessment buffered into the appointment)

Fascial Unwinding
This modality is hands on and requires the practitioner to get quiet enough to follow your bodies fascial needs. It really becomes a dance with your system leading us where it needs helps and me picking up and following. The work is slow, gentle, deep and profound. This allows the fascia to unwind, reestablishing flow, glide and energetic movement in the body. When fascia is limited your bodies energy is also limited. In this work we help bring you back into flow.

Fourth Phase Bone Therapy
Do you have a pain just will not get better? Perhaps and injury that never fully healed? This work is highly collaborative where we work together to find the root cause and unlock the dysfunction using vibration and manual therapy. this is an interactive session. (You will remained clothed so please wear something comfortable and athletic that we can work through.

I simply become the vessel for universal energy to flow though to you, your own system then takes that energy and uses it as deems fit. My roll is too get out of the way, release my ego, and simply help your body get what it needs. I am not the healer, you are, and you know exactly what you need I just help you get it.

Kids Bodywork Session
This is a short session for little ones who have a shorter attention span. This is only for children or those with disabilities who are unable to tolerate a full session.

Head Focus
This is full hour centered around the head and face. Fantastic for headaches, jaw pain, people going through orthodontic treatment, or anyone who really wants to get out of their head.
